Subscription Info:

  • Jars of the Month Club Subscriptions are billed monthly until you choose to cancel.
  • Ice creams are packed in a non-insulated box and are hand-delivered monthly right to the recipient in our freezer vans.  Ice creams can not be left unattended.
  • Your first delivery will go out as selected on the Cart Page.
  • Subsequent orders will be scheduled for delivery the Tuesday to Saturday in the first week of each Month. 
  • Prior to delivery recipients will be contacted to confirm someone will be home or to arrange an alternate delivery address or time. 
  • Delay or pause pre-paid subscriptions at any time.
  •  You can manage orders through our subscription portal.  Your unique link is sent you after order confirmation.

Order Preparation

Pick-up orders made before 8 p.m. can be ready for SAME DAY PICK UP. Please indicate your preferred pick-up date and time prior to checking out. We will send a notification as soon as your order is ready for pick up.

Local-delivery (Kitchener & Waterloo) orders made before 9 p.m. can be ready for as soon as NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Please indicate your preferred delivery date prior to checking out.

Delivery orders outside of Kitchener & Waterloo are delivered on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Enter your postal code to confirm if we offer delivery in your area.

ICE CREAM CAKES require at least 1 week to complete. Please indicate your preferred pick-up or delivery date prior to checking out. We will get in touch if we are not able to accommodate your request.
